Responsibilities

  • Be aware of and prepared for the business in house every day
  • Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared and presentated to agreed standards.
  • Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
  • Follow and adhere to HACCP compliance within the kitchen and all Food & Beverage outlets.
  • Support team members to ensure the kitchen always exceeds guest exectations by consistently producing quality food.


Requirements:

  • Experience in a busy kitchen on the Grill or on bar food
  • Willingness to work within a team environment whilst using your initiative
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Qualified or part qualified as a chef
  • Good ability to handle pressurized situations and busy periods
