Responsibilities
- Be aware of and prepared for the business in house every day
- Ensure all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared and presentated to agreed standards.
- Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed in the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service.
- Follow and adhere to HACCP compliance within the kitchen and all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Support team members to ensure the kitchen always exceeds guest exectations by consistently producing quality food.
Requirements:
- Experience in a busy kitchen on the Grill or on bar food
- Willingness to work within a team environment whilst using your initiative
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Qualified or part qualified as a chef
- Good ability to handle pressurized situations and busy periods
